The Process
- Documents are scanned via an appropriate input device (or electronic files attached).
- Doc.Start™ ImageRouter transfers the digital file into IBM Lotus Notes.
- Doc.Start™ Workflow Manager processes & distributes multiple documents to their correct destinations.
- Target destinations can be in different centres, on different servers or in different countries around the world.
- Documents can be viewed, shared and approved by appropriate users through IBM Notes or the web at any time.
